No I don't think so, the gaming commission requires the date and location of the draw be adhered to.

The Predator Package was won by a guy who was at the banquet, thanks again for all the support from everyone who entered.
Turns out he is left handed....so if anyone really wanted that package, I think he is interested in selling for a good price!
