yes at about a buck apiece may as well use herring if you are looking for bigger fish.

Herring. And if you have a good seafood meat place go in and ask for hooligans. They're small mackerel and they work well.

I believe as long as they're of the salt water variety. Quote from regs:

T n T is cheaper but they are usually smaller for around 4bucks a bag. Just went to superstore a got abag of nice big ones for 10 bucks.

Fins seafood distributers. East side edmonton. Frozen herring and smelts. By the pound or 10lb or 50lb boxes
