Trapline for sale, partner wanted

I talked to a trapper that is selling his trapline, 7 townships, 2 cabins, all traps, snares,boards etc

Its located just North of Whitecourt.
He is asking 80,000 but he said that money talk so he would probally take a little less.

I am looking for someone interested in maybe buying this trapline as a partnership 50/50
