Just a Question - Are you allowed to hunt with a rifle in the portion of the Ministik Lake Bird Sanctuary that lies North of TWP 510 in Strathcona County WMU 248, Between RR210/211.

No you cannot use a rifle in that area. It is part of the Strathcona County Whitetail License Zone and you can only hunt with Primitive Weapons (Archery or Muzzleloader) or Shotgun.

This. Except you could hunt coyotes with a rifle. No big game.
