I called and ordered 1 today, there are VERY limited numbers left, and this price is the result of some insane price match. COST on this unit at store level is $579.00. My buddy is the Manager there says he is ordering 2, expects retail price to bounce back to the ~$900 range.
Just a FYI for anyone that wants one of the biggest Solid State Hard Drives available at half price.
The last one I bought was a 500GB that retailed at higher than this price. The rest are 240's, 256's a 120 and an 80.
These are (so far) infallible and immeasurably faster than any platter type hard drive I have ever used, and I likely have 50 of them here.
When I placed my order there was 13 left, now 12 at 10:38AM

Crazy, went and talked to the boys at FS, and they said they think it may be a price error. I guess I will find out if they actually ship.
It looks like my order went through.....might have to buy another and put it away for a rainy day

Bought one.
My buddy is an insider and says he gets them normally for $599.00 but they go on sale a lot for $529.00 - he still said to buy one at that price. Free shipping !
I am gonna put it in my Macbook Pro. make it WAY faster and extend battery like 30% he says.

I've switched my laptop and desktop to SSDs. Once you go SSD, you will never want to go back to mechanical HD again.

I remember getting my first real PC, 40 mb hard drive, 4mb ram.
I remember the salesman saying there was no way I would ever use the entire hdd.
