Served with Basmati, Spare Gooses and an Italian loaf for dipping up those wonderful sauces.
And of course a fine Red to quaff it down with.

Decided to try out that Greek Lamb recipe on a shoulder from this fall's archery whitetail buck:







At least as good as the lamb was! That recipe is a WINNER!

Default Home made Potato, Onion and Turkey Bacon Perogies

Project- 6 doz a day for the next week to use up some spuds that were starting to sprout. Made and frozen-Just boil and fry to serve. Sour Cream in the dough

Wife’s birthday tonight so let her pick the meal for supper. She requested steak so I BBQ a couple ribeyes for her and I and a couple striploin steaks for the kids. Stuffed potatoes and garlic bread. Now we are all too stuffed so gonna wait half hour or so for the birthday cake.

Homemade KETO pasta with homemade Alfredo sauce. Sauteed mushrooms and steamed spinach
KETO pasta:
8 eggs
1 tsp salt
10 oz cream cheese
6 tbsp ground pysllium powder (Google for instructions)

I just cracked the jar on a batch of pickled eggs I made at Christmas. They are brown and holly molly do they have bite!

The only thing missing from this fiasco is some sauerkraut and kimchi.

Just starting some deer and curry vegetable stew:

Deer roast (cubed)
Curry powder
Salt and pepper
Chicken stock
Potatoes
Red pepper
Green onion
Rutabega
Zucchini
Cabbage
Whatever other veggies I can find!
