Looking to do some fishing near Medicine Hat. Species doesn't matter. Haven't ice fished since I was a kid but I have rods and a hand auger and a hunting blind I can use for shelter and I have a truck.
Looking for who would come with me and show me a lake or two.
PM me if someone is interested.

I'll be out at Ghost before sun up tomorrow running solo. If anyone is out there and sees a Silver lifted Grand Cherokee (WJ), feel free to swing by and give me some tips and say Hi!

I have yet to figure out the Lakers on Ghost, but Im determined to do it this season! I've caught plenty of burbot out of there, but only 1 tiny laker. I'll probably be skirting around the north side from east to west.

Hi Cory. Name's Kevin. I'd like to fish Wednesday, if you're game. I also have all the gear. So, I guess we're covered there. I drive a minivan with tons of room inside, but it's only FWD. Great for getting to the lake, but not great for driving on. I'd be more than happy to drive though. What part of the city are you in?
Where should we fish?
Kevin.

Hi folks. I am new to ice fishing but not fishing. I have over the holidays acquired all the necessary gear and am looking to get out. I have a couple of young boys that I would like to take out. I live just south east of edmonton (Leduc county). Would like to get out and do some fishing. PM me for my cell number.

Default Gull and Sylvan

Hi fellow AO members! I've managed to convince my fiancé to join me for a full weekend of ice fishing next weekend (January 17 and 18), with plans to spend Saturday on Gull Lake and Sunday on Sylvan. I've never fished Gull and have been skunked on Sylvan once, but consider myself an experienced ice fisherman.

I'm hoping to catch some whitefish, perch and big pike, with a preference for numbers to keep my fiancé excited and make her catch the ice fishing bug.
I have a flasher, tent and auger, and usually drill lots of holes with a run-and-gun approach. However, I'm no seasoned whitefish fisherman, and am looking for anyone who may be out on Gull or Sylvan next weekend to share some pointers.

Would be great to meet another couple in their 20s or 30s, but that might be a tall order. Let me know if you'll be out there and want to chat!

Smile Semi retired

I am a semi retired gent. I live in Claresholm. I am looking for an ice fishing buddy. I am usually available weekends and some weekdays. I usually fish Keho, Clear and Badger lakes going after pike and walleyes. I haven't gone after trout for many years but would be interested in going after them.

I'd like to get out Sunday if anyone wants a newguy to tag along. I've fished all my life but still use the same walleye rig. Would like to target perch or Burbs for some good eats. Thanks!

Just got laid off for winter and am looking for someone to hit the lakes near Ed with! Would be mutually beneficial to split on gas and I have all my own gear (gas auger, tent, tipups, rods and lures etc). Hit me up if you want to get into some fish tomorrow!

I started fly fishing last summer and this summer I would really like to go into the mountains and go after some trout. As I have never really hiked and fished many of the lakes and streams in the mountains so I would like to go with someone who knows there way around. Email me at k.nicholson@uleth.ca If you would like a fishing buddy. Also I live if Lethbridge

Default Fishing in Smoky Lake

Just curious if anyone has had any luck up this way. Have a friend with a few acres I can use for camping etc and was hoping I could us it as a home base for some fishing. What kind of fish are in the lakes? Anywhere in particular? Thanks!
