Default Albacore Tuna

There was a recent thread about Albacore Tuna, a question was asked about what to do with all of it? Tuna sandwiches of course! I had 2 left over from last year taking up room in my freezer so I decided to can them.

And the finished product!

No deterioration at all! They were frozen at sea and keep very well the skin is like leather! Just had them sitting in the freezer unsealed

You could have regaled a story of high seas and epic fights.
It is going to be one of my weekends next year.
