Default fishing out by wildwood,ab

other then chip, wheres a good spot to try. would love to target perch or walleye. but keepers are best.
my dad out in lobstick. i had the weekend free and wanted to take him out just not been anywhere out there. any tips or just good nearby fisheries would be appreciated.

also would hit pembina but never fished on it... never really been on rivers with ice, can it be fished right now? where to get on?

Pembina is closed till June around there.

For keeper walleye your closest lake would be South Buck...You might find the odd perch if you're lucky.....If you head that direction you could try Medicine Lk..further south on hwy 22 from Buck.



If you want perch, possibly head to Minnow Lk....or Nakamun.

I was at Wabamun today and caught about 20 pike with the biggest being 42"! Awesome day, take the biggest bait you can find and have fun.
