Default Fishing on the N.S.R. Big Sauger :) (PICS)

Hey guys, was with Shawn at hermitage today and caught a nice 4.5 lb Sauger (yes its an actual sauger this time lol) Black spots pure Black tail etc... Also a nice walleye i caught a while back and i helped a young guy catch a good sized walleye

enjoy.

pictures turned out great, sorry didnt bring the good camera down, great sauger and walleye tonight, walleye was huge

never caught a sauger yet good to know other fish at hermitage been there 3 times this week all i have caught is suckers

I did about 5 years ago. Caught him twice in the same day. I even weighed him. Something like 6lbs something. No pictures no proof. Didnt know it was a Sauger untill I got home (thought it was a funny looking walleye). Me bad. Found out at the time it was a record. Went back and never seen him since. I think about him every time i go down to the river. Oh well. That's all I can say without beating myself up any further.

No white tip to the bottom of the tail that I can see.. therfore sauger.
