Tuna - Grilled on BBQ @ 700 degrees med/med-rare with sesame (japanese) dipping sauce

Cold Water Pike or Walleye, boneless, dredged in well seasoned fine flour, in hot oil

Halibut, battered and deep fried with a nice tartar sauce

Cold Smoked Salmon, sushi grade, raw

Lakers or Brookies in the fry pan with butter and lemon or on the BBQ

Crab Cakes, the kind only available on the eastern seaboard in the US

There is not too much I don't like to eat ........... caring for your catch properly, and promptly makes a HUGE difference to quality of the meat. I can't understate the difference.

If I am harvesting fish, there is a cooler with ice on the boat.

Also I was in the NWT this year and ate grayling for the first time. Wasn't my cup of tea.

(3) Dip fillets in egg wash with a tbl of honey nicely mixed up and in
(4) Drench in coating mix from (1)
(5) Fry
(6) If you really like honey, small drizzle after frying
Same as mine I just use broken up soda crackers & pepper, soda crackers fry up surprisingly great! I drizzle a little honey on the kids fillets right after the pan.

A winter caught 2 lb. lake whitefish dry cured and smoked with diamond willow. Now I crave one. Thanks.

Man, I'd choose King's and probably Walleye or Pike. To many good fish to choose just one....
