Starts tonite ,on SNW ,,WHL versus Russia . I think this level
Can be the best Hockey ......Nobody is taking the nite off .....

In a shoot out . Goaltending was fantastic . Russia scored first second
First shot . Their second goal was the play of the game . But they lost
I think Canada out shot them by 20 shots .

I know we believe this is our game but the but the Russian Junior leagues
Are turning out some fantastic players . Unlike other years Russia only
Has 8 players playing in the WHL ,OHL , Quebec MJL , instead of all of them .

Compared to the Panthers shooting practice before this game ,was pretty
Entertaining

The WHL all stars lost last nights game in the 11th round of the shootout.

Pretty ballsy move by the russian coach to pull his starter and throw in a cold goalie for the shoot out.

This is always a very entertaining series to watch. This one may get ugly if the Russians keep up the chirping to the Canadians bench.
