Default Mossberg 535 goose loadout?

Hey guys n gals,

Whats everyone use in the 535 for field hunting geese?

Had a couple jams last year, and want to try and avoid it. I think I was running 3" Kent or Winchester DL's.

Thanks in advance

Both Kent and the Drylocks are excellent well made ammunition, I would think jams are more likely due to double pumping or a shotgun defect. I doubt changing to a different brand will solve your problem.

It's all cleaned up now, and I haven't had a problem so far. I've been using the DL and it seems fine.

I also had an instance where the action release jammed in, but I think that was my own fault as a chunk of straw got in... But who knows.

I'll try sticking just to DL and see how it goes... hoping to get some more geese this year

I strongly disagree with highlighted statement.
He will solve his problem changing Brand but not ammo only shotgun Brand.
Benelli would be my choice.
