I believe the 7.62x25 is a .311 diameter not .308, You should be able to use the same bullets available for the .32 acp? Those are definitely available if you look.

7.62x25
Bullets by Hornady are .308/86gr and 90gr HP..........My power /accuracy load in a Polish TT-33 is 13gr of Win 296/Starline brass/Win small pistol primer under either above bullet.Off the bags at 15 yards all in a nickel sized hole with fixed sights. Armscor 110gr .308 diameter bullets meant for the .30 M1 carbine also work well but you'll have to look up the data.

Canada First Ammo has 7.625x25 on sale $290 for 1,260 rounds and they have 23 cases still in stock. That's 23 cents a round before taxes. Don't know if I can reload for cheaper than that using current component prices.
You don't say where you are located, if you are in Calgary you can pick up and save on shipping.
