I too bought a new boat at bass pro back in November,and appreciated the customer service.I am from Medicine Hat,so dealing with banks and all the paper work over the phone was made so much easier by Robin the salesmanager.By the time I actually picked up my boat,they had it absolutly spotless,and spent over an hour with me breifing me on how everything works.I was very immpressed !!!!

The way I see lots of their boats and ATV's sitting outside in the rain and snow with no tarps or covers, theres no way I would buy one of those boats.

I'm not to worried my boat arrived from the tracker factory the Thursday they called me I picked it up Saturday , it's got the thick canvas cover a little rain and snow never hurt it . After all it's ment to get wet
