Tracker Parts sells the new back-plate with the wing nuts/coach bolts for 50 bucks. You can attach anything you want to that. In this case it's just the regular Scotty rod holder base. A person could easily make something similar as the bolts that fit the versatrac are just regular coach bolts (a round head with a square nut welded just under the round head) The square part slides into and locks in the track and prevents the bolt from spinning in behind when tightening.
