Hey Beck Kevin is going on some elk hunt with some other guys. He wont be there , I tryed he wouldnt .
As for the prizes yes theres lots of good things , I also got some other stuff that I wasnt expecting to get . Its really great to see guys are willing out and give out there stuff , to get plublisity , and such.
Shes a few days away im gettin kinda pumped to meet you guys .

hey guys i am gonna be home for this event, it will be great to meet some of you out there. i the outfitter told me that it only take two days to get there so i am leaving the mornign of the 22nd now......so im gonna make it out there fellas,,,,,,right on.
ill be the guy with the 26 foot riverboat with the big 502 in er

Question....I have, believe it or not, never fished for walleye before......any advice or recommendations on what tackle to have on hand would be appreiciated. Thanks.

jsut bring some small to medium jigs and some tubs of minnows and you wont keep em off yoru hook in pigeon

Awe man thats the chits , well none the less if need be go pick up an elk tags might pick one off from out there or when we go out west . None the less this is a fishing weekend , hope things work out for you though . Looks like its a pick on tree and stinky coyote kinda day .

dumb question!! Is there an overnight campground there for my trailer?
I want to go out Friday to "warm up".
I will need help with the Walleye tedchnique as I haven't fished for anything but trout for quite a few years. I have a new rod and bait caster I want to try.

Yep the prov campground is year round camping even though Zeiner closes up after the long weekend . But yes you can camp out there its a self check in so make sure you have a Cheque to put in the little envelope.

Well Ive had about 15 pm's plus the guys who are posting on here so my guess is about 30 . I kinda wanted to know the same thing, My mother was just down in Taber and brought back corn so ill be bringing a bunch to cook up cut in half if need be. Looks like ill be having to bring a couple bbq's , and camp stove. Looks like this might just be a sucsessful group gathering which is awesome.

Hey BBJ,
If you are bringing the corn ala cobber.... I might just have to bring my big ol burner and boiling pot.....some call it a turkey fryer....I call it the better half's cauldron.....lol
I just used it on Sunday to boil up some taber corn at a Fam Damily gathering.
Any ways... I'm pretty sure that the witch and I....oops I mean Gal and myself will be there. Hoping for 10:00 am.
