Default the data from pigeon lake public meetings

Why has nobody posted about the huge mostly whitefish die off in 2007. There were thousands of lake whitefish that could not tolerate the increased temperature and lack of oxygen. Fish in the heat of summer in a shallow lake with abundant growing algae will become starved for oxygen. I recall there was very little wind to stir things up and blow this mat of blooming algae away. Obviously this continuous strain on the lake would affect those fishes who need oxygen the most first. I am certain it put an enormous amount of stress on most fish in there. I remember reading about a huge summer fish kill in pigeon 30-40 years ago......so there is hope they will come back once the walleye are levelled off.

Not that Penner needs it, but I'll come to his defense anyways. Penner has been very helpful to me on this board. I really appreciate that. Thanks man!

If there is one guy you can believe on fishing talent, he has it.

Cheers!

I'm really not interested in getting into a pi$$ing match with you and I would guess that most folks on this message board don't want to see it either, but I think you need to begin to realize that you're opinion is not the only opinion that counts. Perhaps you need to become more educated on issues before you voice your opinion becasue your accountablity on anything you say in my opinion is null. You might also want to drop the ego and maybe accept the fact that you do not know everything.

For the record I do not see myself as a bragger and I normally do not BS people looking for tips, suggestions, and or reports on how the fishing has been. But here is some proof just for you my friend……
I'm sure i've seen those picture before about 3 years ago. 2nd of all since it went with no orignal post there no clue where those pictures came from. They could be just ripped off photobucket or could be from a different lake. Posting pictures now with no date is usless because everyone could do the exact same thing and just rip them off or use 5 year old pictures.

I never said i know everything. I know certian lakes extremly well. Almost everyone is basically saying the same thing i'am except for a couple of people.

You took the first shot at me penner so i answered back. I didn't want to get into a ****ing match but if you continue take shots me i will send them right back.
