Any update on Red Deer River?

I've been to Red Deer River twice in the last two weeks and it was pretty bad. Lots of algae and water was full. Absolutely no actions at all. Any luck?

I went two weeks ago just downstream of the Forestry Trunk Road and it was very fast moving and pretty murky. Some of the creeks feeding in were getting pretty clear but I didn't try have a fly setup at that time and nothing but little 10" or less fish would strike spoons.
