Default Burbot in Leth?

Anybody know a good lake for burbot here in Lethy. I understand they are spawning right now and easy to catch. Never caught one ice fishing.

Thanks,

I don't think you will find any burbot in Lethbridge. Probably go to one of the reservioirs around leth.. Keho, Chin, Stafford, Jenson, etc etc

Actually they were / may be in there. I've been told many stories about them in that lake / pond from some good sources including Fwo. I've never seen one but, I wouldn't deny it as I've seen stranger things come out of that place.

Fishing for burbot at nic is a waste of time, Just my opinion. If there are any in there, there are VERY few, but chances are there are 0.

We ended up at Milk River Ridge last night from 6:30-10pm at the far end of the lake by the islands and channels and only ended up with one nice sized burbot. The odd soft bite missed but a slow night. On the plus side we were warm inside the tent with the heater, and was still neat to ice-fish like that at dark.

Thanks for the help guys!

Cheers,

I couldn't keep them off my line at pine cooli, which is by stavely. I must of caught 30-40 and tons of walleye. Lots of Russians there. Good luck. Need directions lemme know.
