Question Stilhl handheld blowers?

Was wondering if any of you guys have used the Stihl BG55 handheld blower for cleaning snow off sidewalks. My neighbor had a company do her walks this past winter and they used a backpack blower all winter and it worked great. Don't want to spend the money for one, but wondered if the handheld for 180 bucks would do the job?

Thumbs up

I'm in the snow removal business I have four of that model and they work good you just can't let the snow build up for more than two days great for the fluff and lighter stuff get the funnel for it as well.If you use after each snow fall and if it keeps snowing for a few days non stop just stay on it.

I am thinking of buying one too. For snow and leaves.

Welcome to the forum and good thread, I was wondering the same pretty well, except the blower is for farm purposes but being a gift i wanted to know this model was a decent one.
Thanks guys
