2011 Season
Here are the deer I got for the season.
My first year with the black powder. Saw a couple of does grazing in a draw, had to crawl for a while to get close enough. I had fun shooting that gun. I will definately hunt with it again (T/C Black Diamond 50 cal).
My first whitetail buck. All previous attempts at getting the 90 mph speed monsters had failed. My hunting partners flushed this one out of the slew straight at me. A lucky day for me, and a proud first whitetail.
Deer in the freezer for another season, and I am once again grateful for a safe season, my friends and my hunting "family".
