Default Carson (Macleod-McLeod?) Lake

However it's spelled, fishing's been great. Early morning, dusk, the best. Larger trout than typically on open water - maybe they grow that fast! Limiting out in minutes, and they do cook up just fine. Cold water firmed them right up!

GP: They're not overly picky - real small rubber-tailed red jig with a kernel of corn or a fake maggot (PowerBait) or even a small Len Thompson 5 of Diamonds worked. Even used a lead weighted fly and a wire worm w/ bait just to see - they were all effective
