Default Pickled Jackfish

Does anyone know anything about pickling Jackfish or have any good recipes for pickling/canning Jack?

x2 i love picked stuff! I just got done making a fresh batch of picked elk garlic coil, and eggs! The summer stock of carrots and beets are still good. But i love pickled herring or roll mops. I would really like to do some fish as well

Default pickeled pike

Of course they are good. That is where all our winter stock goes to. Mother in law does the cookin etc and father in law and myself catch em. We call them picklers if you ever run into us on the ice. Just keeper size is the tastiest. She fries them briefly, then into her secret pickling juice. Wait a month or so and voila, pickled pike.
