Its come down to the pillow . I normally don't use a pillow as I sleep on my stomach ,and the pillow is just inches away from my head .
The last 6 months the head aches have turned from the ice cold headaches to hang over headaches . So what has happened the last 6 months is that my old feather pillow got changed with a new one . The last 5 days the pillow was placed on the dresser and no headache. Yesterday I used it and the headache came back . . Not sure if its the feathers or the chemicals they might be using on the feathers . My old pillow was not so bad because its been washed a lot .

I will be sleeping with out a feather pillow now and maybe my daytime headaches will not happen if i don't wear a hat . Fingers crossed .
Wow, that's an interesting discovery. I would never have associated a feather pillow as the cause of headaches.

Am I alone !

Get you testosterone levels checked... I had crazy bad headaches for a long time, migraines... my doc did all kinds of tests... turns out i had the testosterone levels of an 85-100 man. I was 48 at the time. I started testosterone replacement therapy... headaches went away almost instantly.

try spending one night sleeping on a lazy boy reclining chair and see if that makes any difference
Often for my separated shoulders I get up in the middle of the night kick the dog off of he lazy boy and spend the rest of the night there
I knowof one lady who spends every night on a lazy boy
For some of you I get a headache sometimes if I eat eggs in the morning
life sometimes sucks but the alternative is worse

Had a buddy with the same symptoms, went to physio and deep tissue message, one week later symptom free, kept up with the deep tissue message once or twice a month, great results.
Also got onto a strength and conditioning program, changed diet and hasn’t looked back.
Maybe give it a try.

Wow thats amazing!...I suffer from bad headaches time to time and its border line crippleing...one thing that gives me temporary relief is a cold compression Gel hat that i keep in my freezer however once the hat warms up to room temp the headache slowly returns.

So, it took a long time with my doctor and I. I had the morning headaches as well. First sleep clinic test, found out one of my sensors fell off, and the results showed I was not getting any REM sleep. Second sleep clinic after several years, show massive amount of "incidents" per minute. I would stop breathing several times a minute. My wife would tell me I would thrash around at night, but I would never figure out why. So, got fitted for a $2,500 sleep apnea machine (luckily my provider paid for it), and since then, I have been fine. But not before I permanently caused several sleep apnea related issues, high blood pressure, high colesteral, etc. Seems like Canadian doctors are behind the American doctors in diagnosing this issue.
