Hard to tell based on scale, and without seeing the throat area... But I vote Marten, based on the more delicate facial structure...

Thanx for the info guys ,figured it was .I believe this one taken earlier is a Fisher, never seen one down here before

First picture is marten, facial features very clear. Your second picture is fisher.

First pic is definitely a marten
Second one would appear to be a fisher, but can’t confirm. Looks like a short tail in the pic for some reason.
