Default Ruffed Grouse Season Correction (Camp Wainwright)

There is an error in the hunting regulations regarding the ruffed grouse season for Camp Wainwright. The season currently reads August 30 - September 1. This is not correct. The season is September 5 to September 7. The online version of the regulations has been changed to reflect the proper season.

Default Public Lands!

Hi,
I am looking for a place to go close to Edmonton for hunt, like Game bird sanctuary or places simillar to it. If you know any public lands please let me know I would really appreciate it.

Best regards,

Salai

The base has for years had a special sharp-tailed grouse season at the end of August, just 3 days, and maybe they confused the ruffed grouse season regs with that. It is nice to allow take of either bird and a short ruffie season that overlaps with the Sharpie season would simplify ID on flushing grouse.

This thread could probably be removed...The hunt ended 7months ago.
