Default Honda Civic... 0 kms only $7900

Saw this on kijijji and thought it was pretty neat. The 500,000th honda ever made, never driven and it could be yours for only $7900. 1985 model.

I like that roof rack, wonder how much weight it can handle? lol

Warranty would be expired since its usually based on a year or km limit, whichever comes first. I doubt it has a 30 year warranty on it.

And the price of it new back in 1985 was $5400-$7200 depending on the model. So it looks like this little gem hasn't even been adjusted for inflation!

Haha I should get this for my wife. The look on her face when I roll in the driveway with her "new" car would be priceless. I seen this a while ago on kijiji so I guess it is not a fast selling car.

Pretty cool. But has 200 kms on it. It's impossible for a car to have 0 kms. Sitting in showroom since new? You'd probably have to change out all the tires and wheel bearings, fluids etc.

It has gone up $1900 since new. Not much of a investment it didn't even keep up with inflation.

Rated for 50 mpg (US) too. I know emissions, weight, etc of new cars comes into play but why with current tech we cant match this is beyond me. No real reason an econobox needs tons of HP like nowadays anyways.

I owned one of these back in 1992. It was a 4 door 5 speed. Not a bad car in its day actually; I raced a Fiero and beat it! Lol!! I liked that car.... it got excellent fuel economy and had a fair amount of room in it to haul stuff around. In '92 I packed up all of the possessions of my Fiance and myself into that little car and headed to BC for a new start in life.

Things didn't work out so well though; neither the car nor the girl are around anymore and I ended up leaving the West Coast for a better life in Alberta in 2000. I might have to try and buy that '85 civic and try again since things aren't going so great right now..

If you Google the address it's, Auto Finance Now | 14605 - 123 Ave NW, Edmonton, Alberta.

Search the phone number and it's, Credit Masters - Edmonton, Alberta

My guess is that interior was red at one point in it's life, and has sun faded to a swinging pink now.

I'd think tires and fluids would be the least of your fixes. I'm admittedly no mechanic but there has to be some issues with hoses and belts, not to mention seals and gaskets.

Based on the sale date though, all should be good! Or maybe not.

My 2010 civic has 160 hp...and gets 48 mp/g if I keep it on the highway all day.
