Maline Lake

I was trying to find out some info on fishing this lake and the regulations for it in the online regulations but can't seem to find anything. Can anyone help me out. Will be in Jasper in 2 weeks and was thinking of trying this lake since I have heard good things about it. Have a canoe or pontoon boat if they are allowed and flyrod will be in hand. If anyone could help me with some of the regulations (boats, hooks, or if the lake is even open for fishing, and whether you need a parks fishing license) that would be great. Of course if anyone has any tips on types of hooks or places on the lake that are better than others that would be nice also Thanks in advance
