I’m a little out of my lane here as I work on the high voltage side, but since no one has responded, I’ll try.

50kva should run the load, just don’t know if it will start the big motor. I’ve seen fairly large gennies trip off on large grain bin aeration fans because of inrush current, even though the unit was rated higher than the running load.

See if you can find out from the generator manufacturer what the unit you’re looking at will start. Probably need nameplate data from the motors.

Utility power, 50kva would be enough, although it would most likely be installed as a 75kva bank.

Are you using VFDs for any of the motors?

No vfds being used
And yes, inrush current is an issue I was wondering about. Motors will not be started under load...

Can they start together?. We size 3x motor load rating, plus other loads for basic industrial. You could probably get away with the 100kva
