Suggestions on who stocks these sights?

You could try the Brownell's website, although you'd be ordering from the USA.

There website checkout does not permit sales to Canada...Not updated or whatever the case...Call them direct and they do ship to Canada rather quickly...

I wanted one a couple of years ago, I researched the model and Williams number and just Googled it. Forget where I got it, but I found what I needed in Canada. Done that with a lot of items. Put Canada in front of what you search though.

I ordered from Midway or Brownell's I can't remember. That was two years ago.

Yup they sure do. I bought one for my Savage 99c a couple years ago at Cabelas in Windemere. Cabelas stocked them back then...
