Wife just bought me a sous-vide so I am finally doing a rack of lamb. I love lamb but i've been so paranoid about cooking it myself because its such an expensive cut. WIth the sous-vide I can dial it right in with no fear about over doing it

Tonight will be pork shoulder roast, mushroom gravy, potato ‘n cheddar perogies and pyryshky baked with dill and cream. Mmmmmmmmmmmm!

Tomato and onion mixed with salt, pepper and vinegar. Round roast, potatoes and carrots, gravy, fresh bread. Apple crumble for desert.
