Trying my hand at a pork picnic roast. Rubbed and smoked for about 2.5 hrs. Slightly overcoooked but still pretty dang good.

Marinated a whole lamb shoulder overnight:



Then cooked it to medium rare on the BarBee:



No pix of the finished product as it was consumed instantaneously!!

Went all out for supper tonight. Went to Sept Onze in the West end, picked up Ailes de Poulet and Epulchures de Pommel de Terre with Vinaigrette de Ranch and a nice glass of cold Apothic Dark. Tres chic!!

went to Safeway today

Chicken buy one get one free

Pork sirloin buy one get one free

Striploin Bone in $7.99 pound

loaded up but have to tell you the

BB'd the pork and it was awesome with a great salad

Key diet !!!!!!!!
