If your in a boat small spinner baits, plastic weedless worm or a tube jig around boat docks should get you tons of small to medium sized fish, in the evening try buzzbaits on top...if your a shore guy hit the Whiteswan lake area or go golfing then do the buzzbait gig later...goodtimes!!

at Windermere I use texas-rigged 5" senko worms. Flip them under docks, lily pads, weed beds etc

I've had best luck there with colors black, pumpkinseed, and the dark green with red flakes on a 2/0 offset worm hook

senko plastic Black worms on a weed less hook. bobber with a real worm will work crankbaits.. Also Bass are sensitive to heat temps. They like to hide in shaded area's. lilly pads / docks / Fallen tree stumps. also drops off near Rock face. I plan to hit up some Bass Vaxeux in Okangan.

No need to to figure it out - try out those spots and see how it works out.

Maybe post up some pictures. Looks like a very nice quiet lake with some excellent fishing.

Enjoy the lake while you can ............

Yeah, I wouldn't even bother fishing Windermere.
Shoot, the link I posted is actually a thread from last year. I'm sure that the 100,000 (200,000??? 19,000,000???) people who read the thread then have already fished everything with fins out of that lake. I just checked the stats: apparently, the sale of bass boats in Alberta sky-rocketed the day after the original posting; probably had another big jump today. Watch out for 'em on the lake!!!

A perfect bait to use when bass fishing in general is Senko's. You'll find a vast variety of Senko style baits but my favourite is the Gary Yamamoto version in the 4" during spring and 5" during summer and fall. Use colours such as green pumpkin or black/blue on sunny days and on overcast days maybe chartreuse with a fleck. Hook wise I like to use a circle hook and you can rig your senko right in the middle of the bait or nose hook it. Fishing a Senko is easier than bobber fishing, just cast your line out leave slack and slowly tighten up your line. If you feel resistance give her a yank or if you see your line going sideways that's a great indication you got one pinned. Hope this helps
