Default Anchor cleats advice?

Hey guys, setting up a new boat (19' Alum) and it seems to me it will be a PITA to reach under the bow all the time to hook to the main eyelet for anchoring so I'm looking for some handy yet sturdy options for bow cleats.

Quick cleats and the like pop up when I do the googling but they don't seem to be widely available anymore, just a gimmick perhaps??

Have any recommendations or pics of your setups?

PS. I would keep the end of the rode attached to the eyelet in the hull as backup but don't want to be fighting it when under tension.

Thanks in advance!

I use a clam cleat on my jet boat, works very well, I am always in current and it grabs and holds very well, and very easy to release under tension, just lift the rope and it pops out.
