Always found this tune timeless too.

How about taking it back a little further. 1958. The raciest songs on the radio in 1957.

Change the pace......
a little from Frank Zappa..... (Frank was quite the guitar player too) Met him at the Edmonton International airport in the early 70's. My mother worked for Budget Rent a Car and she rented him a few trucks and vans. I was a teenage skycap at the airport for a couple months and even got to carry Frank's personal luggage.

" The Mob Rules " By black Sabbath. Just woke up from a dream where I was playing slippery drums on a tiled floor, some nice girl put a chair in front to keep the drums from sliding away and that is the song I was playing. Almost a nightmare..Lol

She is amazing... thanks for that RB.
I was waiting for her to catch some hair with her fret hand a couple of times.

An obscure album from 1972. Gentle Giant. Octopus. I bought the album back in 72 after hearing the last song on the album playing on the am radio one night.

Kind of interesting as I listen to it now... some of this kind of music takes a bit of patience.
Makes me think of 'Selling England By The Pound' album by Genesis a bit...

Now this is a tune from the mid 60's...the groovy mod flower power era. This is some really dusty music. I'll bet no one had this 45. I did. Got it with the purchase of a Lowery's chocolate bar. I believe the chocolate bar may have been called a "ByCracky".
Sounds sort of like surf music crossed with airline music crossed with mod music of the wild 60's.
The By Cracky Beat.

This music does require patience but does have it's brilliant moments and sounds.

1973 .....The musical of the decade in a movie. Was a great show in the big screen theater.
Gethsemane. Ted Neeley's vocals are so good.

The two do sound similar in a way.

The video is nice to watch on a full screen. The beadwork is so colorful.
