Once again something posted that is sure to help the way people look at hunters in a favorable way. I can't say how much I'm impressed

Funny I could not find the word hunter anywhere in the video???

This feral hog eradication program is funded by a group of farmers who are taking progressive action to reduce the devastation done to their crops by these animals. Each and every feral hog is estimated to cause $1400 in crop damage during its lifetime. As you can see this data in combination with the extraordinarily high and ever expanding hog population proves to be a very big problem. Through the support of the farmers of Haskell Co. and the efforts of Nueces Helicopters, LLC. the hog population is on its way to a more controllable state as well as a much higher crop yield for the farmers.

Seems like a pretty good shot, must be hard shooting and hitting things from the air moving that fast.

Intresting link Redfrog. Some impressive shooting done by the shooters.

One question, why do they wear camo in a helicopter?

How many bankers do you see wearing camo at there office?

Down here at Provost we had helicopters hunting and the feelings ran high about it. Guess that's old news and already forgotten

well there is obviously a huge ferral hog problem , wth the huge damadge those hogs create cant blame them, and its no different than our own fish & feathers who do the exact same thing to our deer population in our supposedly cwd deer zones, rather than extending our hunting tags and seasons

I'm curious as to what happens to all the carcasses. Thats a lot of Pork chops down there. Food bank would do well with all that

Nice video.

I had my neighbor's "wild" boars, aka pigs escape, and some decided to take up residence in the bush behind my house.

Those animals can instill a lot of damage to property.

My personal necropsy of a couple of these pigs ensured that there was no way that I going to eat them.
