Ice is thick >20". Snow is drifted up near shore, but out a ways is about 6".

Access point at the provincial park is blocked due to ice heaves. Earlier in the season, Mulhurst was in the same state (I assume it's the same). At that time I drove on at Johnsonia Beach (north end - west of mulhurst).

I was out on Sunday at PP. It was a rough walk dragging all my equipment through the fresh snow. Spent all day popping holes and didn't get much action until 4pm when a school of a walleye came through. They were fat and well over the tag size but not very plentiful. At the end of the day, a dually chevy drove on at the campground beach near the famous pp point - I'm assuming he made his own access.
