Smile Anyone have a live trap?

I'm looking for a live trap or coyote trap to catch a dog. Havent been able to get close enough to it as it just takes off (150 yards is the closest). Its a nice mix breed still in its puppy stage about 40 lbs at the most. It has a limp in its hind leg, was probably beat and left side of the road. Anyway if someone can lend me one or point me in the right direction???
Thanks,

p.s. i already have a rescue lined up for it once i catch it.

Where do you live? There is a place in High River called Margo Supplies. They carry all kinds of traps and will ship anywhere.

They're really expensive and i live too far from it. I'm just looking to borrow one as this is a one time deal, i hope.

Try calling the local county office. Some of them have life traps for racoons that you can rent or borrow. If the pup is hungry enough he'll go in and a racoon trap should be big enough to hold him.
