Default Mexi-Goose Crockpot Recipe

Stack a layer or two of frozen goose breasts in your crockpot or casserole.

Pour over a drained tin of black beans(19 oz)

Then a same size tin of drained niblet corn

Then a 15 oz jar of your favorite salsa

Cover and let er buck on medium-low for about 6 hours(275F - 300F if in oven)

Then toss in 2 cubed bricks of cream cheese(500g total)

Let er go another 1/2 hour and then shred and mix everything with 2 forks pulling it all apart. The cubes of cream cheese are softened enough now that they will blend right in.
Serve over a plate of tortilla chips or in taco shells.

Not necessarily purty to look at-but Oh Doggy it's tasty and feeds a crowd

Works with chicken also. (I use either boneless thighs or boneless breasts)

Make sure you don't pick an overly watery salsa or you will have soup.

Since a year has almost passed already, have you resolved your moose issues before you go bag another one?

For some reason since the split-without her in my life- I have no desire to kill anymore.lol
From 70 days a year in the field to zero in just one year. And that was 5 years ago. Divorce almost done.

She took everything but my Goose Dip Recipe!!lol

Will have to live vicariously through other hunters until life returns to normal.
