AD you're playing in my neck of the woods. I'd buy a cup of coffee if i knew you were around. Never been to Jimmy's (too old for bar) but heard great things about the restruant attached to it "TAO's". Not a dive bar and the chinese is supposed to be great.
Unfortunately they use MSG and the wife is allergic so we've never eaten there.
Looks like I will be back again Monday night. Batten the hatches folks.
Good call on staying out of Jimmys, things have a way of realy going to hell at that place. At Wabasca just stay in your room, if you stay at a camp take your boots to your room, once had a brand new pair of dunlops stollen from the coat room while I ate breakfast, apparently this is not rare. The locals call it boot shopping.
Wait until last call at Jimmy's.....it's the best hug and slug going. UFC meets WWE royal rumble. Just make sure your lurking on the outside and not in the middle.
Jimmy's closed it's doors. Funny enough, the notices didn't seem to comeout about the impending closure until after it was already done. LOL
About the only place left is the PUB at the Sawridge Hotel.
