Default Toad River, not in Alberta, but...

Last Summer we made a trip to northern BC up to Watson Lake using the Alaska Hwy. Prior to that, I consulted various fishing guides that mentioned the Toad River as very good for big Bull Trout and Grayling. I fished a couple of spots without success maybe due to the high water level following a wet Summer. Would anyone have fished this beautiful river? thanks

I have not fished it myself but I have friends that have fished the toad in BC well hunting. They seem to do well from their pics but they are not really trying. All I know is they jet boat the river and hunt between late August to the end of Sept

There is good bull trout and greying fishing in a lot of BCs northern river east and west
