Default Sportsman Show sale

I was just wondering if anyone who has been to the show yet knows what % off the higher end Quantum Exos and Smoke baitcasters are? As well as the Quantum Energy baitcaster, the one year old silver one, not the new one with orange.

That would be greatly appreciated. Don't feel like spending $15 to get in and $12 for parking for a 20 dollar discount.

Most of them are 10%
Just purchased quantum smoke rod and reel both were 10% off and it came with a free quantum pt tackle bag,
Also purchased a st. Croix travel rod and shimano stradic fj also 10% off.

I'm sure most items are the same unless its on clearance

I am not a big quantum fan but some of their higher end stuff seems like top notch high quality stuff with features found in a more expensive Abu Garcia or Shimano reel.

The products from quantum are not bad, i got a quantum tour, energy and smoke (i just like how they look)

Gf's got the pflueger patriarch and the Shimano Stradic FJ

I find the pflueger alot nicer then all my quantum reels on the water.
Havent got a chance to try the stradic FJ since there is no open water yet. just holding it and spinning it u feel like you're not touching anything, it spins nonstop without any resistance, when we use the quantum smoke beside it u can feel quite a bit more resistance, u can tell the bearing system on the shimano was alot smoother

NorthLands

If you're looking for discounts on fishing items its not exactly worth it unless u buy alot to get all the discounts added up.
Not worth it to pay 12 dollars parking and 14 dollars admission, buy a rod for 100 and save 10 dollars lol

Awsome if you want to walk around check out your dreamboat and check out fishing resort ect

I was there Thursday right after lunch before all the crowds ......... don't you dare strike up a conversation in the "shark pit" (the area where resorts are selling their trip packages). Took us hours to get out of there ......lol.

I didn't see any awesome deals on anything really ............ a million quads ...... hundreds of pimping ski and wake boats ........ some pontoons and a few dozen fishing boats.

I thought it was more suited to straight brimmed hat wearing popcorn pirates and less to joe carhart sportsmen.
