Default Good day for duck cooking

Let me start off by saying that I am no wiz in the kitchen. But today, after coming home with some ducks, I wanted to try something different.

Duck breast cut in half, wrapped in bacon with a slice of cream cheese, some asparagus tips, topped with some BBQ sauce, pepper, and steak seasoning.

What are some of your recipes?

Looks fancy! I usually marinate the breasts in orange juice for 24 hours and cook on the charcoal grill to medium. The legs get the low and slow treatment, braised typically.

Hmm I’m going to have to try this now! Hoping to go waterfowl hinting for the first time this year! Should give me something to look forward too!
