Default Butchers?

Opening day for moose!!!! can't find a butcher willing to take a moose=problem for me. With this heat I don't want to get out if I have nowhere to bring an aninmal, and I'd prefer not to buy and run AC in my garage for 2 weeks. Anyone know of somewhere to go? I'm in the Cold Lake area... anywhere North and East of Edmonton would do.

Default Butcher

If North of Fairview is not too far, you can try calling Rock's Country Meats 780-685-2562.
He is a Chef by trade and puts out phenominal products with a lot of natural ingredients. Will cut and wrap, but would be a shame to not get products made by these people.

I've been getting mine done there for many years.

Thanks for the info guys, Still no sign of moose. Tons of deer though, I won't buy a tag until my moose is in the truck (just to remove any temptations, moose is the #1)
