Day 1
Hit one of my favourite holes on the Bow after work for a couple hours tonight, no sturgeon yet as the water is way low, but did manage to land 5 big (7 pound and up) silver redhorse, as well as a smaller one, and a smaller Shorthead redhorse, all of them thought they were much bigger, great fights, and so very good to be swinging the long rods again on the river,  even though I had an awesome ice fishing season. I know there were some nice sturgeon caught today by some of the forum members, but thats their story to tell.

would like to , but I forgot my lighter at home
actually if they were out of a lake Id give them a go, but not out of the Bow, although I did eat a couple walleye out of there last year, and so far have only grown one extra eye.

Wayne: I am pleased that you have returned to the forum. I don't follow events closely enough to understand why you felt you should take some time away. I read your post when you signed off for awhile and regretted your decision. You make a valuable addition to this forum.
