Default WMU Question

Nice to see that the WMU maps are just as vague in Alberta as they were in Ontario.

I'm living in Grande Cache, which seems to be sitting on the border between a few WMU's... anybody have a slightly more detailed map as to where exactly the borders fall near here?

Thanks!

The map in the regs are detailed enough, I think.

Go to http://www.albertaregulations.ca/huntingregs/, click on big game/bird game WMUs and then click on the WMU you are interested and you'll get a detailed description.

The Backroad map books also show the WMU's, cutlines and much more. i use those in addition to my WMU map from the regs

Head over to the F&W in town there and talk to the officer... he helped us out this summer...

If not Map Town here in Edmonton can usually get some pretty detailed maps made up for ya

What Sheephunter said. Once you do that you'll know exactly. It's fairly straightforward around town once you know what the boundaries are.
