Default Blackpowder Question

Hey guys , going deer hunting with a blackpowder for the first time . I sighted her in for 2" high at 50yds. I didn't have access to 100yds. I am using 240grn slug with 100grns of triple 7 the accuracy was unreal but is this enough to kill a deer out to 100yrds. Once i get her sighted at 100yds. Or should I jump the powder up also?

100 grain loads are plenty at 100 yards.
