All mentioned are good guns, and there is a good deal on a like new Maxus Stalker on the Canadian Gunnutz Equipment Exchange. The gun has been used for one round of clay targets, and the owner is Asking $900.

Benelli M2 around 1500

SX3 1100.00
bereta Extrema 1900.00

All excellent shotguns but the benelli does not use a gas system so no cleaning

try all three at a shop and whichever fits the best is the one

Go to your local shooting range on a day that guys are shooting skeet, most of those guns you mentioned are usually there and most guys will let you even shoot them.

Try looking at the Benelli vinci, a buddy of mine just bought one for around the 1500.00 mark in Lethbridge it also is a nice gun.
