That is about it. The store knows who I am and that I'm a Canadian (Reno Cabela's) and I declare everything at the boarder when I come home.
You should probably stop doing that those are ITAR regulated and you could end up bared from entering the US or worst charged and prosecuted for trying to illegally export controlled items.

Reloading parts should be fine. I get dies from the states. No go on scopes.
